Eat Clean and Get Lean Challenge

For the last 3 years, I have joined up with my favorite little firecracker for her annual Eat Clean and Get Lean Challenge. For me, it has evolved into creating new habits that I never seem to be able to fit in to a regular routine or picking up ones that have fallen by the wayside.

Commit to 30 days of setting new habits.

The challenge is to exercise at least 3 days a week and eat from a certain elimination diet (eliminates possible allergens). See the official challenge page for details.

I would be happy to help you with a modified set of goals if you need them.

Amazing Support

There is a private Facebook page for the most amazing support and guidance from everyone in the challenge, and you can also get personal e-mail and text support from Miss Rossy.

I will be in the Facebook group daily to answer questions and to keep up with everyone. I also have a Pinterest board specifically for Eat Clean & Get Lean. I’m all about the cheerleading.

The challenge is FREE and only requires a 30 day commitment. It’s just a bunch of gals supporting each other. I think that’s what I like most.

A few of us will be starting on Monday, so feel free to take a couple of days to prepare and gather any friends who may want to join up with us. If you ready to get started, jump right in!

We’ll talk about my game plan tomorrow.

**If you’re a blogger who wants to sign up and blog about your 30 days, leave a note in the comments and I’ll link up your posts in my updates this month. Let’s make it fun!
