Customized Real Food Meal Plans

Today was so much better. My thyroid either kicked back into gear or got a break (if it is my thyroid for sure), because I was able to go all day long with minimal breaks and was happy to spend much of my time playing with Katie in between cleaning tasts. I can’t wait until just about every day feels like this. That’s worth all the hard work, effort, and setbacks. 🙂 I didn’t feel overhyper either, just nice and calm and able to plod along. I could have used an eensy weensy more pep and really wanted a nice caffe latte to put a spring in my step. All in all, a nice normal day.

Edited to add: Woke up at 3:30 throwing up. Something in the muffins is not my friend though all the ingredients have proven to be okay in the past. I got about 2 1/2 hours of sleep and spent the night with swollen glands and a clogged sinus – I believe from all of the acids that were in my GI tract and came out the wrong end -. Not so fun. At least it’s something new though! lol
