Customized Real Food Meal Plans

After a good night’s sleep, I feel great. I’m very much looking forward to Thanksgiving tomorrow and getting some of the cooking done today. Have not had any trouble with the nuts in the Larabars. I guess that’s a good sign even though I would like to keep them out of my diet for now due to my reaction in the past. The sausage and eggs I ate late morning were a BAD idea. I was sick after that with what felt like digestive upset, kidney pain, muscle aches in my lower back, and pre-cramps. I’ve been reading again on olive oil and citrus liver/gall bladder cleanses, and it sparked the idea to have some citrus. After my first glass of grapefruit juice, I started feeling a bit better. I stayed with very light vegan foods for the rest of the day and followed my cravings for citrus. By evening, I felt rebalanced and restored. Nice. Maybe one day a week should be dedicated to cleansing. Let’s see how things go.
