Customized Real Food Meal Plans  

Update 11/29/11: I’ve been sick so didn’t finish the log for day 25. The egg nogg did not go voer well at all. My stomach was not happy with it in any way so that will not be a repeated treat. I don’t remember the rest of the day so there’s not much of a synopsis for the day.

Workout: (new workout to trial for one week to finish out my challenge; I think I’ll incorporate it with BodyRock)

grapefruit
1/2 Larabar-peanut butter cookie
pumpkin custard
leftovers: turkey, cranberry rose hips sauce, squash, swiss chard, quinoa dressing
turkey breast with mustard
about 10 oz ‘eggnog’ [2 c homemade coconut milk, 4 pastured raw egg yolks, 1 T raw local honey, 3/4 t vanilla, freshly-grated nutmeg, cinnamon, and added probiotic as insurance against bad bacteria since the egg yolks are not local]
