Customized Real Food Meal Plans

I had some serious brain fog today, like turning in circles trying to figure out how to get Katie ready for preschool and then having to really think about how to open the back door of my truck from the front lock kind of . It’s been so long since I felt like that. I didn’t realize what a moron I had become before GAPS. 🙂 Katie and I were out all day. I was snack mom so we went to preschool in the morning, traded her Halloween candy for money at the dentist ($2/lb and he sends it to the troops!), hit Target for some toys and movies in exchange for the candy, and then made a run to Whole Foods. All in all, we were out running for seven hours and we had a great time. I had great energy and was happy and patient. I’m starting to feel like that better version of myself again. My skin is smoother too. That tells me that the toxins I was consuming are definitely getting ousted. Legs are quite sore this evening, so I’m calling an active rest day of yoga for my workout.

Workout:
20 minute pm yoga session (AM/PM Yoga for Beginners with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden from Gaiam)

Eats:
Starbucks: 16 oz. caffe latte with one shot and whole milk, dry roasted almonds (almonds, sea salt)
3 local, pastured eggs with butter, raw cookies [(all organic) coconut, sprouted sesame seeds, dates, carrot, nutmeg]
nettle tea
raisins
raw milk with my liver pills and FCLO/BO

Items I was able to tick off the list:
oil pulling
dry brushing
detox bath
– Epsom salt/Celtic sea salt (didn’t have enough Epsom salt left so I mixed)
juicing
fermented cod liver oil/butter oil
probiotics
herbal teas
bone broth
raw liver pills
coconut oil
(ate enough coconut in the cookies that I’m happy)
