Do you need a challenge to get motivated? I’m notorious for veering off course when I’m not accountable to anyone.
This is my 4th year joining up with my favorite little firecracker Rossy for her annual Eat Clean & Get Lean Challenge.
For me, it has evolved into creating new habits that I never seem to be able to fit in to a regular routine or picking up ones that have fallen by the wayside.
It’s also my big push to finish healing my body before we work on baby #2. I will be healing like a boss for the next 4-5 months and then complete a detox to be sure I’m in tip-top shape.
Commit to 30 days of setting new habits.
The challenge is to exercise at least 3 days a week and eat using a particular elimination diet (eliminates possible allergens). See the official challenge page for details.
Here at 20 something allergies, it will be about —
- ‘Moving your lymph’ at least 3 days a week through vigorous or gentle exercise with a focus on yoga, stretching, rebounding, and dry brushing.
Instead of burning fat and losing weight, we’re going to focus on eliminating toxins that build up in the lymph fluid and prevent you from feeling good and naturally losing weight.
- Replacing your biggest food craving with 2 nutrient-dense, healthy options. Not the food you’re ready to get rid of, the one that you would consider selling your first-born for.
I’m happy to help you with suggestions for this one.
Low-fat & non-fat foods produced in factories are not food options in this challenge. We don’t do processed here or cut calories. Typical ‘dieting’ advice is pure nonsense.
There is a private Facebook page for the most amazing support and guidance from everyone in the challenge, and you can also get personal e-mail and text support from Miss Rossy.
I will be in the Facebook group daily to answer questions and to keep up with everyone. I also have a Pinterest board specifically for Eat Clean & Get Lean.
I’m all about the cheerleading.
Rossy of Fat Mom to Fit Mom is a Beachbody coach and has the fitness angle down. If you’ve been here for any length of time, you know I’m all about the health end of it.
Our different approaches make this available to anyone no matter your fitness level.
THE OFFICIAL START DATE IS TODAY, NOVEMBER 1
The challenge is FREE and only requires a 30 day commitment to be active with the group and do your best.
It’s just a group of gals supporting each other. I think that’s what I like most.
If you’re ready to get started, jump right in!
**If you’re a blogger who wants to sign up and blog about your 30 days, leave a note in the comments and I’ll link up your posts in my updates this month. Let’s make it fun!
