Nutritional Therapy 

 

Nutritional Therapy works on a concept called foundational healing.

We focus on supporting your core organ systems with nutrient-dense foods and targeted short-term nutrient supplementation to strengthen your entire body.

Bioindividuality is an important focus of my practice and works on the premise that everybody is different and has different needs.

No two protocols will be the same.

I use complementary modalities such as stress relief techniques, essential oils, and flower essences to support your body as it heals.

I am also currently training as an aromatherapist so that essential oils can replace whole herbs in my practice. I find that those who are sensitive respond better to them (including myself), they are more effective, and they work more quickly.

Where We Begin

Our work together will begin with an assessment of your current health needs and will likely start with gut healing while we support the areas of your body that need it most.

Though it may not be your current focus, we’ll discuss how digestion plays a critical role in your healing journey and I’ll explain how some of your current symptoms are tied to digestive dysfunction.

You can read this series to learn more about how the process works. As a client, you will have a protocol tailored specifically to your needs to avoid the guesswork and trial and error that comes with DIY healing.

 

How Do We ‘Meet’?

 

I work almost exclusively with distance clients, so e-mail is our main method of communication. Having all of our correspondence written out makes it easy for you to reference back anytime you need to.

Chronic illnesses often come with brain fog. 🙂

Phone and video chats will also be scheduled as needed and can replace written communication whenever you choose. Live appointments are currently only scheduled on Saturdays.

 

Putting in the effort now will help you achieve wellness and allow your focus to return to living and enjoying life. Your family, friends, and your moments are waiting for you.
