Customized Real Food Meal Plans  

No menu plan this week. I had no interest in sitting down to create one this week and decided to wing it a bit with the grocery list and meals. I already feel dissatisfied with what we’re eating this week, but I don’t want to bother with food too much when I have so many other things going on.

Confession: I’m a sprinter.

I would love to be one of those people who can set up a routine once and stick with it forever. I am fabulous at creating routines and starting big projects, but I often lack the persistence to follow through. That’s been one of the main self-improvement projects over the last few years. There’s been a lot of progress. There’s definitely room for more. ‘Progress not perfection’ and ‘baby steps’ must be uttered under my breath multiple times throughout the day to keep me positive and moving in the right direction.
