What Is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (NTPs) are part of the alternative, holistic health community. We are trained to identify nutritional deficiencies and work with clients to correct them.

We believe in traditional foods and learn the science behind why they are so important in our diet. Properly prepared, nutrient-dense foods are the basis of optimal health and the focus of our work.

Multiple generations of processed foods and commercial farms have taken their toll and are producing generations of chronically ill adults and children. It’s time to take back your health!

The body can heal itself with a little help.

When a body is deficient in nutrients, it begins to experience dis-function and dis-ease. Allergies, digestions problems, infertility, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes all begin with nutritional deficiencies.

NTPs use highly effective tools to determine which nutrients are lacking and work with clients to start healing ‘from the ground up’. Just like you can’t run before you walk, you can’t correct specific symptoms without first addressing the foundations.

If you experience such symptoms such as
  • acid reflux
  • insomnia
  • eczema
  • cavities
  • joint pain
  • chronic inflammation
  • fatigue
  • frequent colds and flu
  • chemical sensitivities

and any other manifestation of dysfunction that conventional medicine cannot reverse, nutritional therapy may be the answer.

Certification

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners are certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association. We are not certified on a national level but are qualified to pursue additional certification and licensing.

We also do not act in place of a physician.
