Recipes aren’t a big part of 20 something allergies, but I do try to post some here and there to help with those who have food restrictions and believe in a real food lifestyle.

The following recipes are all free of dairy, soy, grains/gluten, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, corn, and a whole host of uncommon allergens, except when noted.

Appetizers/Snacks:
