I have been a bit lax with menu planning again. Last week, it was half-hearted at best. Normally, Monday morning is spent resting from the weekend so I do the menu plan for the week. This week, I had energy (!!) so I spent it cleaning and playing instead. That means a shortened menu plan for the week. It took me between 30-45 minutes this week, so that’s a huge time improvement over previous weeks. If you are following along and getting any ideas, I’m happy it’s helping!
